When will i receive my order?
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Timelines are based off your order size and our current order volume. You will be sent a digital proof after you order. Approval of a digital proof is required before we proceed to producing your order. Changes to your design/order will effect the completion timeline.
What is a digital proof?
A digital proof is a mock up of your customized image on your product of choice. After your order is placed, the digital proof will be sent via email for your review and approval. Approval is required before we proceed to producing your custom items.
Can i make changes to my order after placing it?
Each custom order includes 1 complimentary digital proof and 1 minor adjustment. To see multiple proofs or compare multiple font styles, we are happy to provide additional digital proofs for an additional design fee of $5 per proof. You can find Additional Proof Fee in our store and add it to your cart for purchase.
*Please note that fonts are computer generated and we cannot manipulate how certain letters appear.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the digital proof is approved, the order is moved into production and cannot be cancelled. Cancellations before approval of the digital proof will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Blank orders with no customizations may be cancelled anytime prior to shipment.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a defect in the item. We strive for customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you love your purchase. Please contact us for further assistance if there is any problem with your order.
How can I make a bulk order?
